Miles Bronson Residential School proudly participated in the Round Square Global 60 for 60 Challenge with a series of impactful events throughout June 2026, inspiring students to embody the Round Square IDEALS of Adventure, Leadership, Service, and Internationalism. Through a visit to Mother Old Age Home, a trekking expedition, a Zero Waste Marathon, and a Fundraiser Carnival, students experienced meaningful opportunities that promoted resilience, environmental stewardship, teamwork, leadership, compassion, and social responsibility beyond the classroom.
Visit to Mother Old Age Home: Sharing Compassion Through Service
On 3 June 2026, students and teachers of MBRS visited Mother Old Age Home as part of the Round Square Global 60 for 60 Challenge, embracing the true spirit of Service and Internationalism.
The visit provided students with a meaningful opportunity to spend quality time with the elderly residents, engaging them in heartfelt conversations, sharing moments of joy, and expressing care and respect.
