Children’s Day Celebration: A Heartwarming Tribute to Joy and Talent

The Children’s Day celebration at our institution was a delightful event that resonated with joy, enthusiasm, and cultural richness, uniting students and teachers in a shared spirit of festivity.

The day began with a warm welcome address by Shamim Sultana Ma’am, who set the tone for the celebrations by emphasizing the significance of Children’s Day, observed to honor the birth anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. Her heartfelt words highlighted the importance of nurturing children’s potential and reminded everyone of Nehru’s enduring legacy.

Our Revered Principal Sir followed with a moving tribute to Pandit Nehru, celebrating his unwavering affection for children and his vision of building a progressive India through education. His address inspired the students to pursue excellence while embodying values like curiosity, kindness, and dedication.

The cultural program commenced with a vibrant dance performance by the students, who captivated the audience with their energy and talent. This was followed by a melodious group song by the teachers, symbolizing unity and their deep affection for the students.

One of the event’s highlights was a mesmerizing Bihu dance by Malabika Ma’am, showcasing the colorful traditions of Assamese culture. Adding to the cultural extravaganza, Iqbal Sir’s soulful song touched hearts and received thunderous applause.

The teachers surprised everyone with a lively group dance, earning cheers and appreciation for their spirited performance. Saurav Sir’s powerful solo song further enriched the musical atmosphere, leaving the audience in awe.

A unique and memorable performance was delivered by Sankar Sir through his monoact, which combined brilliant expressions with captivating storytelling, leaving a lasting impression on the audience.

The musical charm continued with Ibomcha Sir’s enchanting solo song, followed by a dynamic Nepali dance by Anjana Ma’am and her students, celebrating cultural diversity and filling the venue with vibrant energy.

The celebration concluded on a grateful note with a vote of thanks by Nandita Ma’am, who expressed heartfelt appreciation to Revered Principal Sir, staff members, and students for their collective efforts in making the event a grand success. She applauded the participants for their performances and thanked the audience for their spirited participation.
