The award was presented by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Pragyagraj Under Secretary Mr. Anurag Kumar Singh, M. M. Pant, Former Pro-Vice Chancellor, IGNOU and Dr. Priyadarshini Nayak, Chairman, CED.
